The service

Thought Expert is a collaborative outliner for teams. We provide real-time document editing, AI features, and team communication tools.

Your content

You own your content. We don't claim any intellectual property rights over your documents, outlines, or data. You grant us a license to store and process your content to provide the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use Thought Expert for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to distribute malware. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for data loss — please keep your own backups for critical data.

Pricing changes

Pricing may change. We'll give you at least 30 days notice before any price increase. The free tier will always exist.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for terms violations with notice.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
